Question mid atx filtered for smokers.

looking for a midtower atx with good filters for a smoking household with pets. (save your hate comments please)

Trying to stay as closae to 2k as possible, 2.5 is my absolute max. Here's what i got so far, really thinking of going to a closed liquid cpu/gpu system though, but still would want filters. under 200 for the case is preferable, under 300 with atleast 1 usb c header would be fine. Not interested in an included cpu.

also seeing as im a smoker, would a closed loop system be better or worse than air cooled, basically would the radiator be hard to clean of tar? would i end up replacing it after 6 months?
