Mid-high End PC with lags and low fps

I have a decent computer but can barely play MOBAs or FPS games like CoD or CS:GO! In the MOBA games like HoN and LoL its mainly freeze-lags, but in CS and CoD its bad framerate!

I don't see anything obviously wrong here; rig should be running fine. First thing to do is make sure all the necessary drivers, especially the GPU drivers are installed. It's possible your running off the CPUs iGPU for some reason.

Something is obviously wrong here.
The games mentioned are not hardcore specs requirements - and your rig should play them without hiccups.

So first of all, i´d like to direct your attention to your internet provider
Are you on adsl/fiber or mobile broadband?

Also what are you download/upload speeds and are the steady?

Thank you for taking your time to answer, and i'm not running the integrated graphics card (assuming that is what you meant with "the CPUs iGPU") And i have the newest drivers, how do i know i have all the necessary?

Hey, it shouldnt be the internet since i have fiber with 100/100 mbps!

Hey, it shouldnt be the internet since i have fiber with 100/100 mbps!

Are you experiencing any type of error prompts (also check device manager).
If not, and temperatures are fine, I´d suspect malware on your pc.
