Additional Comments:

I do plan on getting my own Corsair RAM off Newegg.com, but I'm not sure how much extra I should get. The lowest option at cyberpower is 2gs so I already have that much. 2 sticks 1 g each. The corsair ram on Newegg is half the price.

I am looking to put together a gaming machine from Cyberpowerpc.com that works well and will work well for the next few years. Doesn't have to be top of the line, but don't want to be lagging in another year either. My current setup has been overheating so I picked a case that has plenty of airflow, but I'd also like to have a quiet PC. Is noise reduction noticeable or even needed?

I'm open to any recommendations, suggestions of personal preferences or opinions on upgrades or downgrades.

Thanks

It's cheaper and easier to have cyberpowerpc build it for me. Below is the actual set up I went with, the numbers in Bold are the cost of the parts mostly on newegg.

CAS:* Azza Solano 1000 Full-Tower Advance Cooling Case w/ Dual 230mm Fan + Extra 3 Fans [+44] 125

CD:24X Double Layer Dual Format DVD+-R/+-RW + CD-R/RW Drive (BLACK COLOR) 20

CS_FAN:Maximum Enermax 120MM Case Cooling Fans for selected case (Maximum Silent Operation) [+29] (500-1,200 RPM T.B. Silence Black Color with Red LED Twister Bearing 8-14 dBA [+0]) 37x3=111

FAN:Asetek 570LX Liquid Cooling system w/ 240MM Radiator and Dual Fans 200

FLASHMEDIA:INTERNAL 12in1 Flash Media Reader/Writer (BLACK COLOR) 20

VIDEO:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti 2GB 16X PCIe Video Card [+161] (Major Brand Powered by NVIDIA) 280

PRICE: (+1166 no tax) 1280 with tax through cyberpower pc.

If I bought each piece separate not only would i have to build it but the price would be around $300 more. Add everything in bold and the price ends up being $1461 and that doesn't even include the tax and shipping. So throw in another $100 lets estimate to make $1,561 to buy parts separately and build it myself.

I'm pretty sure you can go without the Liquid cooling and hit up a after market cooler. Will save a couple $$, plus i've read and heard Liquid cooling can be costly and time consuming with Maintenance.

It sounds like I have a bidding war going on, I just walked out of frys and a technician there told me he'd match any online deal I can find.

Yea it has always been that way touch times right now, Anyway if you dont want to build it yourself IMO CP has the best bang for the buck. Its all up to you, Digital storm is alot better and alot more pricey.

That's good to know, I'm curious actually if a liquid cooling unit is completely necessary though. I will be letting others use my system for gaming so it could get 8 hours of use on a heavy gaming day. Also I may end up overclocking it in a couple years.

It's been at least 5 years since I built my last system. Is liquid cooling a necessity?

Nothing is neccessary other then the intel stock fan unless you are overclocking. but the nice thing about liquid cooling is it looks cool it is usally quieter depending on case and it will be cooler then air.
