Mid-range gaming config, first time build. Can this be improved?

This is my first build, so I'm not really sure if these components make for the best mid-range gaming config. I live in India, so please keep in mind that stuff here is slightly-to-greatly more expensive than in the US. (GPUs are about 50-100$ more costly)

Case: Corsair 400R
CPU: i5 4670k/Gigabyte H87D3H
GPU: Zotac nVidia GTX 760
PSU: Corsair TX750
Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
HD: 1 TB
SSD: 120GB
RAM: Corsair 8 GB
Monitor: cheapest 24" 1080p screen I can find

Let me know if I can spend my money better!

I think it'd be better if you gave some more info. Like how much is your budget? Do you plan on overclocking and/or running a multiple gpu setup.
I'm assuming this is for gaming?

You've got a OC'able CPU.You should either invest in a Z87 based board or get the 4670(non K) CPU

My budget is around Rs. 70,000 (that translates to about $1100 based on the components I can buy for that amount).

Yes, I'm planning to overclock, and maybe in some time, if I have the budget, I might run a multiple GPU setup.

And yes, gaming. Mostly FPS. Hope that helps.

Okay,then you've to get a Z87 based board. You'd want a decent board to do some decent overclocking.Don't know how that will affect your budget
The TX750 is great IF you are running SLI.I know it's always nice to have headroom for another card.It's your call on this. If your budget for the mobo overshoots,you've got the option to get a 550 or 600W PSU and use that money on the mobo
I'm assuming you already have a copy of the OS?

Thanks for the advice! I know, I was kinda overshooting with the PSU, but the difference in price is so small here between a 650w and 750w, I'd rather go with the latter - in case I think of doing a multi-GPU build. But if I go past my budget, knowing I can scale back on the PSU is definitely good to know.

Yeah, I have the OS, sticking to the Win 7 I bought for my old (now-defunct) PC.

And I'll get the z87 mobo...I was actually wondering about that myself.

That said, would all of this fit into a Corsair 400r? I really have no way of estimating this.

As for the case,what you should be looking at is the motherboard type(mATX,ATX),number of expansion slots,hard drive bays and length.And that is the superficial level.there's more to look out for if you know what you want out of your case

The 400R is a ATX mid case.Everything that you mentioned will fit in there.Don't worry
