Well, after a week of thoughts, still can't make decision on some of the parts.

Here they are:

??? hull ???
Corsair CX600 (Bought)
ASUS B85 Pro Gamer
Intel Xeon E3 1230v3
Thermalright True Spirit 120M
Samsung original 2x4096 / 1x8192 Mb 1600Mhz
GIGABYTE GV-N760OC-2GD rev. 2.0 (bought)
WD Blue 1Tb
Samsung PM851 128Gb

Generally, i'm not planning an OC and multi-GPU, though i'm going to upgrade to 970's level of performance and 16Gb RAM when neccessary. And i want to do so without upping CPU/board, if possible. So, the budget is not strictly a limitation, i just want adequate parts for 970 - for the future.
For now i've 16:10 1440x900 Samsung 923NW LCD with upgrade to 1920x1080 23" Dell when possible.
While i'm almost certain that i will stick to Xeon, i'm really not sure about system. Are the features of Pro Gamer worth it, or can i just buy B85 Plus and be done with it?
Also, what's the difference between getting 2x4Gb or just 8Gb single?
And the last thing: no idea about surge protector. Any thougts?

Also, i live in Russia and going to buy stuff in DNS shop - the only i have in the city.
(i know you guys most probably not familiar with russian part shops, but just in case).

I would get an i3 or i5 if posible better than Xeon for games, the difference between getting 2x4Gb or just 8 single, is that 2x4GB configuration will activate dual channel technology, increasing speeds and giving you better performance.
Surge protection is an ASUS technology made to protect your mobo from surge due to some power failure.

Oh... didn't know it benefits that much... Thanks

My apologies, when i asked about protection, i meant power protection, like uninterruptible power supply, or something.
