Hey Folks, thanks in advance. I'm building a system from scratch for the first time, thought I should put the components through the forum gauntlet before I pull the trigger. If you can see and glaring incompatibilities or you have general suggestions, please let me know

Altogether comes to $830 on Newegg. If all the rebates go through it'll go down to $760. Also supposedly has a free upgrade coupon for Win7.
Other thoughts: I already have an external DVDR-Rom that I'm going to use until BD prices come down. Also I already have a spare wireless card. Keyboard and mouse taken care of. Planning to use a new HDTV as the main monitor... thoughts? In the future I want to add more GPUs in Crossfire and HDDs, hence the monstrous PSU. Let me know what you think.
Using the system mainly for gaming and amateur video/photo editing. My tech level is average, have never built a system myself, but I'm looking to learn. Thanks
