Mid tower or Full tower?

Can I stick with this case or do I need a full tower bc I dont want to not be able to fit everything into my computer but my motherboard is quite large imo. Just need some opinions/recommendations.

It's just a regular ATX sized motherboard, nothing really big. I've built a machine with ATX motherboard in very same case as you for a nephew and it fits nicely.
