[SOLVED] Middle Case fan, is this normal?

Hi!

I just created an account because I have some doubts about one of my case fans. I purchased a pre-built ibuypower pc (Gaming RDY EMRRG204) about two weeks ago or so, and I just noticed this

As far as I'm concerned, the case fans are connected to the psu and not the motherboard (confirmed by checking the BIOS and AI Suite 3, they don't show up) so all 3 should be running at 100% right? But it doesn't seem that it is the case for the middle one. Is it defective or something?

Also, sorry if it is a little over the topic but, I used the fan tuning option of AI Suite and it seems to have changed the configuration/speed of the cpu and the fan at the back of the case. How do I change them back to default?

If they are connected to the PSU (properly) they all should be running at roughly the same speed and if one of them isn't I think it's most likely the fan/motor unit itself and not anything else.
