Mideon Laptop Screen Colours Completely Messed up

My dad just bought his laptop from Mideon and has come across some weird problem with the screen colour (pictures attached)
Also Nvidia Control Center says the drivers are up to date
Also have tried to invert colours and has not worked
anyone know what the issue could be?

looks like your colors are inverted, try this link but reverse the instructions

I don't see how anybody can tell anything from those images. Maybe try taking a couple that actually show the screen. Your angle is too extreme to even see the screen much.

Make sure the PCI graphics are enabled in the BIOS. Follow the instructions in the CLEAN driver installation section of the following link to ensure you don't have a driver issue. Corrupted display drivers can cause inverted coloring of the display in some cases.

thats the only way i was able to get a decent picture, all other angels didnt show the screen at all the screen is so very dark, even though brightness is turned all the way up

Have you tried the GPU driver fix as listed on the page I linked to? If the panel is really dark, despite settings, it may just be an issue with the display panels ribbon cable or the panel itself. Both are replaceable but depending on the age of the unit, may not be worth it in the case of the actual panel.
