Midrange build, Help is appreciated

I am looking forward to buying some new components off newegg for a midrange build. I already have an HDD (1TB Hitachi 3GB/s SATA II) DVD Drive and Case (really good looking one which I don't want to change)
The components I was looking at added up to just under 400 euros which will take me a very long time to get but I want to have advice in advance. The components are these:

I just copy-pasted the names off newegg but I would like to know if all these components are compatible with each-other.
My current rig is
Gigabyte GA-MA69G-S3H
CoolerMaster Elite 460W (12V rail @ 18A)
AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ @ 3Ghz (OC to 3.1Ghz)
Albatron 8600GT 512MB DDR2
4GB Kingston 667 Mhz DDR2
1TB Hitachi 7200RPM SATA II/3GBs (I wish to keep it as it is not even 4 months old)
Label Flash DVD/RW Drive (want to keep that as well)

My biggest concern is that that PSU isn't a well known brand (at least to my knowlege) so I don't know if it will be able to handle all the components.
Please some advice would come in really handy!

Your new build shouldn't require a much more powerful PSU than the old one. I own a 40W Thermaltake TR2 that's several years old and it still runs fine.

a 40 W PSU (lol I know you probably made a mistake) And yes but I fear that the GTX 460 will shred my very budgety PSU. I bought this one in the notice that I was just getting a new HD5770, But I thought that I am better off with nVidia and Intel.

I meant 430W. A quality 450W PSU will run a HD 5770 and you'd need a 500W to run a GTX 460 on your system.

The i5-2500k is just a few bucks more if you want to OC. Going with a P67 board in that case ain't gonna hurt. H61 and a locked multiplier CPU will severely restrict your OC'ing potential. But if you're convinced that you'll only ever wanna run everything on stock, go right ahead.

Cooler Master is actually a very good case and PSU brand. And 460 watts is normally just 'bout enough to run a GTX 460. But since that thing is significantly old, you have to account for capacitor aging and going with a new 500-ish watt 80+ PSU ain't gonna hurt.

You'll never need a 750 Watt one. If you're looking for future SLI, get a 650 watt one - Corsair 650TX V2 maybe.

Well I am not looking to overclock it because of the waranty, and because I don't think I'll need a faster clock than 3.1Ghz. I chose the 2400 over the 2300 because it only adds up to 15 more of my currency. And I think having a 750watt PSU is just a really good bargain for 100$ But there is still a very long time until I can get that money, so the things on the list may change up a bit, even though what I currently have in mind is really good for my gaming needs, And I also don't want a Graphics card over the GTX460 because it'll need a small turbine to power it. The GTX460 will be sufficient for recording most any game @ 1280x720 with med/high settings, which is exactly what I'm looking for, In the future I might put in a better motherboard an I7 and another GTX460 to have it run like a dream. But that will probably take the whole summer (if I manage to find a job since I'm only 15). I really hope that I can order the parts for my new PC by the end of this school year.

If you can, stick to Antec/Seosonic/Silverstone/Corsair/XFX/CoolerMaster/OCZ. Not all of them are tier 1 but are good none the less.

Well I guess it's 18A less on the 12V rail but it is Antec after all. I just threw myself at that PSU because it looked very cheap considering that a crummy 350W Coolermaster here is over 90$ (I say crummy because the box looked like it has been thrown in a fire)

That's actually a pretty good one . Antecs are all generally good, even their Entry level "Basiq" range are extremely good value for money.
