Might be getting a new gaming system, need help with specs!

So my old system is starting to give out on me and I've been looking around for one that can play WoW, Steam games, and pretty much almost anything along those lines.
I came across the CyberPower Black Pearl and after a lot of research this is what I came up with. I'm not necessarily the most tech savvy, so help would be appreciated! Thanks!~ c:

The gtx 650 is a weak video card. At 1080p you will be at low settings. Maybe medium in wow.

16gb RAM is too much. 8gb is all that is needed for gaming.

The PSU is stupid overkill. 600w is more than enough.

The i7 is not needed at all for gaming. An i5 is exactly the same.

The Video card is the single most important thing.

This system is VERY unbalanced.

Get an i5 and regular z77 motherboard
Get a 600w PSU.
Get 8gb RAM
Ditch the liquid cooling and get a coolermaster hyper 212 evo. Just as good.
Get the best video card you can fit in the budget.

You can ditch the SSD if you like. It won't affect gaming performance.

Agree a SSD really only effects your boot time and is not something you really need.
