Might have gotten thermal paste in mouth

Before you tell me that im a stupid ass idiot read.. xD. So i applied new thermal paste on my cpu today. When i was done, i washed my hands 2 times just to be sure i did not have any thermal paste left on my hand. i could not see any thermal paste. After this i ate some pizza. When i was done i could see that i had some thermal paste left on top of my middle finger, it was all dry though. I dont think i've gotten anything in my mouth but im just paranoid xD. In case it could not have been more than like 0.01 gram. Think i should see a doctor?

Which paste? Most of them will have toxicity data published online. I expect it's probably harmless though.
