[SOLVED] Migrate Viber images/videos to a new phone

I backed up Viber to G drive and copied viber media folder to a computer. After setting up the viber on the new phone, chat was restored from the on-line back up. However the copied viber folder with media files is not linked with chats. Is there a way to link those images/movies to chats?

Just copying and pasting doesn't work.

just like copying and pasting songs doesn't create a Music cd.

You need to use a powerful app that can backup app as well as app data.

like Helium

or a PC based app.

I'm sure you can find a lot of tutorials on youtube about that.
