Migrate W2K domain into another W2K domain

Hello,

I have a need to migrate one W2K domain into another W2K domain using the
Microsoft ADMT tool. I am running into several problems and am wondering if
anyone knows of a step by step process/procedure/white paper?

All suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

There are several ADMT resources here

I take it you are now using ADMT v2.0.
