Migrating from NT4 to w2k

I have a NT4 server (pdc) running exchange 5.5. What I need to do is to move it on to a new server (with better hardware) with w2k server installed and active directory. If anyone has done this can you descripe the steps in brief.

Migrating from Windows NT to Windows server 2000, requires little bit of
planning before you can migrate. check these link which gives you in detail
information performing the task. also check the link for the Active
directory migration tool(ADMT), which allows you to perform task much
easier.
