Migrating Lenovo laptop HDD to SSD but want to retain OneKey Recovery feature

I'm planning to upgrade my current 1TB HDD on my Lenovo G500 to Samsung 840 EVO. I'm going to do a fresh windows so no problem on the current files. I want to retain my OneKey recovery feature (partition). I'm thinking of recovering from factory setting and cloning it but I don't know where to begin because I don't know the exact size of the partition to be cloned.

I just need step by step on how to do this. Thanks in advance.

Samsung 840 evo 1TB? Then just clone the hard drive whole.

The whole physical drive needs to be cloned. You can't do just partitions.

No, it's samsung 850 evo 256gb. So they're not the same size. My bad.

How much space used on the 1TB?

I'm doing a fresh install of windows from the recovery partition. So it will be probably about 30-50GB
