Migration From HDD To SSD In Laptop

I have windows 10 in my lenovo laptop.
Now I want to install ssd and replace my old hdd.
I have installed acronis in my laptop
Pl advise how can I connect both my hdd and ssd at same time to clone my windows 10 to my new ssd
I also have a desktop.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Connect both drives to your desktop and clone hdd to ssd.
Then put ssd back into your laptop and boot the system.
