I want to manage some ports of my TP Link Managed Switch, from Mikrotrik RB using VLANs rather than TPLink switch itself..

I have created VLANs ID: 100 and 200 in Mikrotik

VLAN ID: 100 has a DHCP1 with IP address 192.168.100.1
VLAN ID: 200 has a DHCP2 with IP address 192.168.200.1

I am using TP Link T2600G-28TS Switch
  1. I want to use my 1/0/1 port as WAN
  2. I want to configure these ports from 1/0/3 to 8 to get IP address from mikrotik VLAN DHCP1
  3. I want to configure these ports from 1/0/9 to 16 to get IP address from mikrotik VLAN DHCP2
I don't know it is possible or not and if yes, how can I configure it..

It is a matter of reading the manual on the switch I suspect.

Since I am to lazy to read the manual I will give you general method.

What you want to do is define the connection between the 2 devices to be TAGGED. You likely must add vlan 100 and vlan 200 to the ports as tagged. It depends a bit between devices. You need to be sure you configure both devices to have the same tagged vlans.

Your switch now has both vlans. You would then assign the ports you want on vlan 100 and vlan 200 to their correct vlan.

It should be that simple.
