I noticed that if i touch my wrist to the back case screws of my computer I feel a mild shock. Any clue what might be causing this and if i should be concerned?

Solution
Is your computer plug grounded ? Case should not be hot, do you know someone with a meter? Knowing the voltage may help isolate it.
Possible MB standoff shorting a trace to ground or a failed component leaking voltage to ground. (5volts and 12 volts Dc)
A bad power supply (60volts)
Make sure your power cord/computer is grounded
Should be checked out though!
