Millenium Dell upgraded to Windows Pro XP and then 7.....having trouble nwo keep

Hello,
I'm having some problems with my other computer that is a Millenium Dell that was upgraded to Windows Pro XP and then 7.....now i'm having a hard time keeping it running right.....keeps shutting down on me?.....any suggestions?....could this be a RAM issue?

When does it shut down? The same time all the time?
