Minecraft 25-40 Fps

As the title says, I have low fps with these PC specs

GTX 1050 IT
GTX 580
Ram: 16gb
AMD FX-6300 @4.5 Ghz

What the cpu/gpu(the gaming one) temp and usage?
what the make and model of the psu? make and model of the motherboard?

Cpu 39% at 41C
GTX 1050 TI at 25% at 58C <---- Game
GTX 580 at 3% at 49C
Mobo: MSI 970A-G43 Plus
PSU: CORSAIR CX850M V2
Res at 1600 X 900

Is this single player or multi player?
Vanilla or modded?
Normal or story mode?

In the meanwhile, try allocating more memory to minecraft. This can be done in the Minecraft Launcher, under "Launch options", enable "advanced settings", open your launch profile or add new, enable "JVM arguments". Change the -Xmx1G value to like -Xmx10G for 10gb. Also add -Xms10G. Xmx is maximum memory minecraft can allocate, Xms is minimum it should allocate.
