Solution
Here is a Twitch Test Stream I ran last night using shaders:
http://www.twitch.tv/famasking82/v/9611882

Notice that I'm using Minecraft Version 1.7.2? Seus 10.2 is the most recent version ( the dev got a job at a real dev company) and you need the correct forge version for 1.7.2 and the most recent 'GLSL Shaders Mod' version, which is actually quite old. NONE OF THIS, THAT I JUST SAID, goes to MC 1.8.
