Minecraft crashes with a 780Ti

Hi,

I'm having an issue recently whereby when I go from windowed mode to fullscreen in Minecraft (using F11 or the menu) the game will crash.

You can refer to my signature for the spec of my PC, so I know that's not an issue. I have the latest drivers for my PCs hardware and I'm not using a resource pack on Minecraft. The game will also randomly lag in singleplayer too.

It's a frustrating issue, and I hope someone can shed some light!

Ok, so no resource packs, but is your minecraft modded in any other way?

Does going into the settings and manually changing it to fullscreen do the same?
