Minecraft dropped from 200fps to 20-40 fps

Hello. I have problem with minecraft. I used to play it with 200fps, but now it goes only with 20 - 40 fps, idk what happened . My pc have started working slower as well. I tried to update everything, delete all programs i don't use, and cleaning all junk files. Nothing helps. Downloaded game booster, also nothing.
My PC specs -
AMD Radeon HD 8670D
AMD a10-6700 apu with radeon(tm) hd graphics 3.70 ghz
8GB RAM

I already checked, there is no viruses, and there is little bit of dust in coolers,but not too much, and i got Asus factory guarantee , so i don't want to open my pc.

Restart your pc, have a look at your task manager.

Something is wrong.

Also run a full virus scan.

Still nothing. Any other suggestions?
