This shouldn't be in the storage section as storage doesn't make your machine have higher frames. Minecraft uses java so it's more CPU intensive than GPU, but it uses both. You could try installing and using java 64 bit, as long as your OS supports 64 bit programs. Your CPU may be already overloaded as well, press ctrl + alt + delete and open task manager. Depending on your OS you should see something like performance (win7/8 or CPU win10). This should tell you how much CPU usage you're currently at. If you're at a high amount then you'll have to close some programs, easiest way is to see highest taxing programs in task manager. Just dont close important windows programs, they're pretty obvious. You can either manually enter the program name into should i delete it website or download their program that automatically ranks your programs based on the % of users that uninstall them.
