Minecraft 1.5.1. I already got optifine and did the lowest settings. Yes i go to task manager, find javaw and turn it into high priority. I get Around 100FPS. Then after 5 minutes it becomes 20 then after 3 minutes it becomes 1. PC Specs

Computer
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU
T5250 @ 1.50GHz
1.50GHz, 1.99 GB of RAM

Windows: Xp

Laptop: Acer Aspire 5720

Your problem is difficult to troubleshoot via this forum.

However, since it drops to almost NOTHING I'm not convinced it's a hardware issue. It sound more like a software issue.

*Could you get the Torchlight 1 DEMO and run it? You may not run it well, but I want to know if it also drops a lot or if the frame rate is stable. If it runs fine the issue may be more specific to Minecraft.

Run in:
- NETBOOK MODE
- VSYNC OFF (and use FRAPS to monitor the frame rate)

Never

I already did that. I think i need forge, but i tried downloading 7 times and i get the same error everytime. I get 100 FPS. I don't think that will help me. The problem is the FPS drops after 5 minutes. By the way i got cracked (i will pay minecraft until my laptop can actually run minecraft properly). Oh and i can play Leauge Of Legends on all low settings without as much lag as minecraft. I don't think i should download the game you told me.

I don't quite understand what you're saying.

1) You can't download the demo? I had no problems.

2) Why don't you think this will help?

3) You can play League of Legends fine? What frame rate do you stabilize at?

4) What do you mean by "lag" in League of Legends.

*Basically, all you need to do is run a different game to see if you can without your frame rate dropping to nothing. If you can, then your issue isn't HARDWARE. It's an issue with Minecraft itself.

And please don't admit to pirating a game (I think that's what you meant) even if you intend to buy it later. That sort of thing is not tolerated here.

1. Yeah, i'm not allowed because parents says no downloading
2. -------
3. I get 7-20 Fps but it goes doesn't have much lag
4. Lag as in slowness, when moving
I understand, i shouldn't blame minecraft because of my specs. I've been playing 2 years now on cracked. I enjoy it quite well (Besides when the fps drop). I will buy premium now.

O.K.
1. Uninstall Minecraft (add/remove)
2. Install the PAID version
3. Tweak settings for optimal quality/frame rate
4. Confirm if your frame rate issue still exists?

(Please don't mention your "cracked" software again here. It's not acceptable and you can easily be banned.)
