Minecraft freezes every 2 seconds Just installed amd r7 m20 need help

My minecraft freezes every 2 seconds for a split second, its not my laptops as it can run it at 200 fps (i know i only need 60) This problem started when i installed my amd r7 m20 drivers with windows 10, any help?

uninstall and re-install in safe mode.
