Question Minecraft keeps dropping frames each time a new chunk loads in

My minecraft usually gets 200 - 400 fps. But everytime a new chunk loads in, my fps drops to 9 or 0. I have changed my ram allocation to 4gb but it still keeps on dropping.

Yeah I have a good PC too but the fps drops when its loading chunks
