Minecraft Lag Issue [ Please Help ]

When playing Minecraft, I always encounter framerate issue I always struggle to hit a constant fps. It's always flucturating. When I take FPS lock off it goes to 500fps but lags when I turn around or when there are particles. Sometimes it goes from 200 fps to as low as 50fps! I've tried installing optifine , no success. I've tried setting vsync but my mouse is very delayed and it's unplayable but it does lock at 60. When I set the fps to 60 manually it lags still goes from 60 to 30. It's very irratating. I just want a constant reliable fps without no hiccups

i had the same issue mine was to do with the mini map levels i recommend 4 if not already. if that does not work try lowering smooth lighting.

Question is this problem on a server and if so is it only that server.
