Question Minecraft lag spikes

Hello!
I get lag spikes in vanilla singleplayer with 10-15 second intervalls No skaders or anything i have allocated 4gb of ram thru Java but it doesnt help.
specs:
Rtx 3070 aourus master
Ryzen 5 5600x
16gb 3600mhz ram

What are your CPU and GPU temps?
Are you also running optifine?
