Minecraft Low fps

I was wondering why i have so low fps with Minecraft, i use to be able to go up 130 and more now it like 40fps to 60fps. I can run Far cry 3 on very high settings with 35-40fps.

Cpu-Intel Pentuim CPU 2121 @ 3.10 Dual Core
GPU- Sapphire Radeon 7770
MB-Msi B75MA-P45
Ram-4 gb

Try to put your settings to the lowest and see if that helps.Make sure VSync is Off in your settings it drops the fps A lot!
