Question Minecraft modpack is constantly stuttering.

I'm currently playing The 1.12.2 Pack on a server i setup with my friend, but my minecraft is very stuttery. I downloaded and installed Optifine and I saw my fps was constantly 150-250fps (high) and always below 20 fps (low) which is why my game feels stuttery. I've tried singleplayer while the server is down and I've also tried lowering setting and reinstalling the modpack. I don't have this issue on other modpacks I've tried. Maybe its a mod causing the issue? Any suggestions?

If the issue is with specific mod pack and not anywhere else, then it's safe to say that it's the mod pack fault.

You got 3 choices:

1. Contact mod pack creator and ask for better optimization.
2. Live with the stutter.
3. Don't use that mod pack.
