Minecraft resonant rise 3-1.7.10 getting 1-5 fps

im using java 7u75 have both the 32 and 64 bit installed,
i have allocated up to 4GB of RAM and with my specs being somewhat decent i dont understand why i can barely run the modpack.
they are as follows:
CPU:Amd fx 6300 3.5GHz TC 4.1GHz
GPU:R9 290x 4GB DDR5
RAM: Hyper x red 8GB, Ripjaw 4GB
PSU:XFX XXX edition bronze 80 plus 750W
Motherboard:gigabyte GA 78lmt-us3 (rv4.1)

Reinstall your video card drivers.

Also ensure that whichever mod pack you're running is installed correctly. Try running minecraft without it, and then add it back.

i use the modpack with a launcher and my friends had no troubles with it and ill try reinstalling video drivers and see what happens although im pretty sure i already tried that.

Your friends don't have the same computer as you. Just trying to rule out possible options. Can't hurt to try it.

Also on the minecraft website, there is a launcher that has java with it. It's new. Try using that.

i know they dont but by comparison mine should run it perfectly and i am aware of that launcher but to add all of the mods to minecraft manually would be impossible since i want to eventually join their sever which would require the exact same mods, i actually had a 4100 previously which was obviously bottlenecking my 290x badly so i upgraded and the bottleneck is gone now however this is still an issue and i checked the motherboard's compatiblity and the 6300 i have now is compatible with version F3 which is the version i have, i also reset the bios in case it had the old processor settings.

Alright. I'm pretty sure it's one of the mods interfering with the game.

Not going to beg you to try the game without mods just to see if it could possibly be that.

oh sorry i skipped over that i ran without mods and i get 250fps

Right. Like I said it's the mods interfering with your game. Not sure which one. You can narrow it down though by trying them one by one.

okay i can try that however i tried another pack which was a yogscast complete one and i had the same issue with that.
