Hey I have a minecraft server thats gonna go public soon so I would like to know what parts I should use to create server computer for my server.Show you suggestions! (note i am not new to the tech world, i have built a computer back in december)

Things to know:

budget: $550

CrossFire/SLI:no

Overclocking:no

Requests:
I want it to be efficient and long lasting. With 16GB(The server has a lot to run).Maybe SSDs(matters what you think).VERY VERY RELIABLE I will be running 40-60 players.
On the GPU side you don't have to choose out one i would just buy a cheap one at microcenter.

I would go with something along these lines:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1220 V3 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($203.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock B85M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($69.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($129.84 @ Amazon)
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($88.99 @ NCIX US)
Case: Cougar Solution (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($37.99 @ Mwave)
Power Supply: Antec EarthWatts Green 380W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($44.99 @ Mac Mall)
Total: $575.78
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

But you will need a cheap GPU because this doesn't have integrated graphics. But the XEON is hyper threaded so it should work well for this purpose.

I looked at all the parts but pcpartpicker says it doesn't have hyper threading.Or do all Intel Xeon processeors have hyper threading?

That is true plus the i5 does have integrated graphics

If i was getting a Xeon E3-1230 V3 what motherboard should i choose
