Question Minecraft Shaders Permanantly Lower FPS, How do I fix it?

So I got some shaders for minecraft, I use lunar client and usually get around 120-200 FPS on hypixel, I enabled my shaders and got 15 FPS, which is expected, since shaders lower FPS, but even after disabling my shaders now I still only get 50-60 FPS, my graphics are still set on fast, does anyone know what is causing this issue and how I can fix it?
