Minecraft shaders to low FPS ?

Hey

With the Sonic shader on 1.7.2 with forge i get 30 FPS

my specs are
i5 4440
8GB Ram DDR3 1333MHz
R9 290 Royalking

i gave Minecraft 2GB of ram

Shaders is poorly optimised. It's pretty normal to get low fps like that.

My friend Has the same specs as me. he doesnt have an r9 290. but he haves an r9 280

he gets the same FPS like me and sometimes even more.

Our settings are all the same

Try different shaderpack versions. I know with Sues and Chocapics they do like "ultra, high, medium, low" versions so try them out and see which one runs best but still looks good Also 1.7 just sucks really, 1.8 loads a lot better and there is a shader mod version that works on 1.8 with optifine

i am running an server on 1.7.2 just to survival with 2 people including me. i runned 1.8.x before but somehow the server lags alot. with 1.7.2 i stay with 2 players under the 10MS
