Minecraft shimmering jaged edges recent fix not working in windows 10

So i recently fixed my problem in minecraft the edges of blocks were all jagged and now the fix no longer works in windows 10 the fix was to delete the direct x current version and installed version in the regedit registry so i did that and the other part was to install direct x 9 well it worked before until i got hacked by some kid and now that fix no longer wants to work the only other game i have is runescape 3 and it doesnt have this problem

msi 970a g-43 motherboard
8gb new ddr3 pny ram
evga 600 watt 80+ psu

Any help would be great i need to be able to record minecraft as soon as possible.

run optifine with shaders and put on internal shaders and with shaders config changes edges to 1.44
