Minecraft small stuttering with i5 and gtx 970

i get stuttering when i record on minecraft but on other games i dont and i have no idea why. i see other poeple with similar rig as me and they get smooth gameplay and i get stutters from time to time HELP PLZ

What do you record with?

You need a 2nd hard drive to do the recordings on that's not the hard drive you play minecraft on.
Also try capping your settings so there's more free power to spare when minecraft needs it instead of running out of power and minecraft having to slow down.

didnt help same thing happens with 60 and 30 fps
