Minecraft started crashing my pc and every thing running slow

Sooo yea, all of a sudden Minecraft started crashing my pc and all games started running slow i don't know what to do i've tried disk stuff, didn't work, pc cleaning, didn't work, i tried every thing and nothing works only thing left to do is a windows reinstall or if that doesen't work a new pc... Buttt i need a answer to gow can i keep all my games ? bcs i have allmost 1 tb of games and i really don't wanna reinstall then so i need a answer plz :*

Have you installed anything fishy lateley? Try running windows defender and see if any virus's show up, that could be slowing down your computer. As for your pc crashing is your cpu over heating? Play a game and record what temps your cpu gets to and let us know. Also what wattage is your PSU?

first try a system restore ive had issues like this and that happened
second is have you overclocked anything recently?
so my next suggestion is use some sort of a anti virus to see if that helps.
