Minecraft sudden lag

[strike][/strike]I used to play minecraft 70-80 fps without any lag. Since a week it can barely play 40 fps and less in fights. (Becuase I play pvp) it's really annoying. I have:
- reinstalled drivers software
- reinstalled minecraft
- checked temperatures
- ran virus scanners
- cleaned my pc
- I have done everything I could find on the internet but nothing worked.

I really want to play again. I don't know what's wrong and nothing seems to help.
Please.
