Minecraft T520 ThinkPad

I recently got a new t520 and was confused that i only got around 40 fps. I used to have a t420 and always got 60 fps. The specs are i5 4 core 4 gb ram. Any help?

Maybe you have some programs you don't use or don't need but they're still running. Try to disable all.
