Minecraft tekkit lite fps drops

I have a problem with tekkit lite, it lags A LOT, i have optifine and Sphax PureBDcraft 64x texture pack. I need solution for this problem fast.


My PC specs (if that helps to solve this problem):
CPU: Core2Quad Q8200 2.33 GHz
GPU: GTX 650 MSI Overclocked 1 GB
RAM: 4 GB

Well does it only lag on multiplayer or do you experience this on single player too, as it could be as simple as the fact that you just have bad connection to the server.
