Question Minecraft - Transparent lines between blocks!

Hello, i have this Minecraft issue where there are lines between the blocks, i searched the internet for it but it turns out the fixes are only for NVIDIA and i have RX580 8GB video card, so i cant access NVIDIA Panel, i learned that it can also be fixed by turning off some settings in AMD Catalyst, but i dont have that too as its too old. Please someone help me how to fix it, turning off settings in Radeon Software doesnt help.
