Hey I cannot get Minecraft to use my GPU. I have set up "javaw.exe" in the Nvidia Control Panel, but it still isn't using it.
Also, I have a heavy Feed the Beast modpack and 64-bit Java 7.
Never had issues before....please help!

Solution

I have the latest drivers from Nvidia. I know the FTB launcher is using GPU, because it displays the FPS meter.
But in-game, there is nothing.

What like nothing loads in at all?

Basically. The Hp standard motherboard has integrated graphics. But a few months ago, I was able to make Minecraft use my EVGA by adding javaw.exe. Back then, when I pressed F3 (in-game overlay) it clearly showed "Nvidia 750ti" and how much VRAM was being used. But now, there is nothing.

Integrated graphics aren't the best to start with anyway....do you have a dedicated GPU that may fix your problem. Now when it doesn't use your GPU can you still play the game or are textures not loading? I mean if it doesn't say it's not being used....and if it's integrated I'm not sure I don't have much experience with integrated cards I can try and find some links that may help you a bit more than I can if you want?

The textures all load, it's just there is no FPS meter and I KNOW when the card is being used. I've looked everywhere.....I've tried all the solutions, nothing works.

Try using Fraps for FPS....and if it works and loads the textures the GPU should be fine.
