Mini Camera - warm to touch?

Is it normal for mini camera to be warm to touch but more warmer around the
metal casting of the len. Should I worry?

CCD chiped cams use a good bit of power and can be warm.

If it is hot enough to be a concern for catching on fire, then
there could be a problem.
