Mini Display Port to Display port

So I was wondering if mini dp to dp can transfer 60hz in 4k? Are they the same beside the size or it can only do 30 hz? Thanks!

It will do both 60 and 30hz depending on the displays resolution.
Just make sure you buy DP v1.3 or v1.2a at this point in time from a certified manufacturer.
Accell and Startech are certified with lifetime warranties.
Bought a cable from an uncertified supplier and surprise it didn't work.

Okay,so Mini dp can do 60hz 2560x1440 and 4k at 60 hz,or cant it ?

Mini DP to DP 1.2 can do 1440p and 4k at 60Hz, I know 1440p can because I've done it before when I had a 4k monitor, I was also able to do 4k at 60Hz with no problem. So yes they can.
