Mini hdmi (graphic) to hdmi monitor ???

Is that okay to connect a Mini hdmi graphic card to a full hd monitor with a mini hdmi to hdmi cable and and also is that okay or maybe it cause problems in future like noise etc ... ?

HDMI-mini to HDMI will work just fine and shouldn't produce any issues between your card and monitor.

It's fine. It's just a smaller HDMI plug. It's useful on tablets and thin things to still be able to provide full HDMI but not make a device thicker.
