Mini-HDMI to HDMI V1.3/V1.4

I'm getting ready to buy a custom PC from Cyberpower and I'm going to have them put the EVGA GeForce GTX 470 GPU in the computer and it does not come with the HDMI to Mini- HDMI cable V1.4 and all I can find on the net is V1.3. Will the 1.3 version still work. I understand that the 1.4 version adds a sound difference but will the 1.3 version fit in the connection on the GPU? I'm lost here and do not understand why I cannot find the 1.4 version on the net. Please help and thanks.

not much to worry about, they all fit each others spec (obviously mini fits mini, but regular will fit regular)
