I have this 2015-launched Chinese-made or assembled (where everything seems to be made these days) Intel NUC Mini box 4x4 inch PC with the following specs;
OS - Windows 10 Home Ver. 22H2 x64-bit
M/Board Number - NUC6i5SYB
CPU - Soldered-on Intel Core i5-6260 with max turbo freq of 2.90GHz
Memory - 8GB DDR4 1.2V
HDD - Toshiba 500GB MQ01ABF050 with Drive Rev @ AAT10/AM003M

Now my problem is that the mini PC gave out this common windows 10 BSOD with the usual coses and after doing the MS-recommened software fixes, I finally figured out it was a hardware issue. I swapped the memory card and did a few other things and finally decided it was a HDD issue so I replaced the Taiwanese-made HDD with a Toshiba HDD (specs above) and downloaded windows 10 Home same version and created bootable USB flash drive using Rufus and installed it.

That fixed the problem and I was using it for about 2-days when the mini PC shut down unexpectedly and when I switched it back on, there is no display and keyboard is off also. Only the mouse seems to be on. The PC seems to run normally with power light on and CPU fan spinning as usual, but the HDD seems to be quiet.

Anyone out there with any suggestions? Please help.

It is nice to see the confidence in which the above poster exudes with such a direct reply.

The biggest issue with such as a NUC and even laptops is there is so little from a user end that can be done to troubleshoot a problem. The only single helpful thing I can even consider your doing is to check the output of the power brick for this unit with a meter, if you have the know-how to do so. Otherwise, consider options like taking it to a shop or replacement. Unless you "know somebody" a typical shop fee will go beyond the value of this unit and thus replacement is probably in order. Up to you according to locale and costs.

It might be worthwhile to try with the original memory.
