Mini ITX $850 CAD need an overview before I buy

This will be my first PC build. I'm a bit worried and almost thinking of going to cyberpower but to ship to Canada an $800 PC will come to $1000. So I decided to build one. I'm going with the mini itx because I move around a lot and want to bring it with me. So how good is this build? Anyway to make it cheaper but keep the quality. Also, when I clicked buy for the graphics card it says 289.99 so I think its wrongly labeled. Is there a different GPU I can go with then? Thanks!

Games that I'll be playing are Leauge of Legends, Path of Exile, DayZ, some Minecraft, possibly BF4

PCPartPicker seems to be off on some of their pricing, don't know what's going on there but I do like that build, it looks sound and I do like the Prodigy case.
